We have an amazing opportunity for a Operations Team Leader – iBranch Support to be based in Umhlanga, Durban. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?
The successful candidate will be responsible for leadership and management of the team of Operations Specialists iBranch. To provide operational assistance to all Regional Management and Teams when required. The ideal candidate will provide technical and operational assistance to Operations Management Team.

You Bring:
- 2 years driving experience
- Above average understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
A bonus to have:
- Proven experience in an operations leadership role within the iGaming or similar industry
- Diploma\ Degree\ Certificate in Operations Management and Business Administration or related field
What You’ll Do For The Brand:
Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Operations Specialists, ensuring they achieve their specialized tasks and regional support responsibilities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Operational Oversight:
- Collaborate with the Operations Business Partner to develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Coordination & Support:
- Coordinate with Regional Managers to ensure alignment of operational activities across regions.
- Provide support to Area Managers and Booster Teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to achieve their goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between regional and area managers, booster teams, and other stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to the Operations Business Partner.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Customer Acquisition:
- Support booster teams in their efforts to sign up new customers onto our betting platform.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities conducted by booster teams.
General expectations:
- Will be required to travel on short notice between provinces, as and when required.
- Required to present yourself in a formal, professional and fair manner at all times.
- Ensuring work responsibilities are covered when absent.
- Show innovation, think outside the box and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.
