We have an amazing opportunity for a Product Coordinator to be based in Umhlanga, Durban. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

The Team Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Product team, ensuring the smooth flow of activities, and helping team members reach their individual and collective goals.

You Bring:

  • Industry experience
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Administration Experience

 

What You’ll Do for The Brand:

 

Team Coordination and Support:

  • Prioritize the team’s projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the necessary resources are available for smooth operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the team and other departments or stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with external teams.
  • Updating Time and Attendance through Jarison


Scheduling and Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage team schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and activities to align with project timelines.
  • Track and manage team resources (equipment, materials, etc.) to support team objectives.

 

Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor and track the progress of ongoing tasks, projects, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to management on team performance, challenges, and achievements.
  • Maintain accurate records of team activities, including attendance, productivity, and resource usage.

 

Problem-Solving

  • Assist in identifying challenges and obstacles faced by the team and work towards effective solutions.


Process Improvement:

  • Assist in reviewing and improving team workflows and processes.
  • Help implement new systems or practices to increase the team's efficiency.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to enhance overall team performance.


General Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain and organize team files, documents, and other resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as required
